Applicable for AssetMapr 2.8 and above.
Each customer account is a workspace. Report and export endpoints are addressed using the workspace short name and not the customer name. Short name will not change even if customer is renamed.
Workspaces currently in use: finance-assets, legacy-main, north-ops, service-desk, field-support.
Scheduled reports are written into the workspace report path and collected nightly. Report name contains the workspace, report type and run date:
{workspace}/{report_type}-{YYYYMMDD}
Report types presently in use are inventory_export, contract_snapshot, warranty_extract and ticket_summary.
Reports stay on the reporting host for 90 days. After that the nightly backup picks it up and it is kept separately. Backup path convention is in the migration notes.
